facility through our network of logistics partners throughout the
US and Mexico. This real time transaction database captures on hand
stock by item, material on order, min/max levels and reorder points,
historical data and reporting tools – all of which allow MJB
to tailor an inventory management program specific to our customer’s
requirements.

By using a proven method of measuring and analyzing quality metrics, MJB has taken this approach to the next level---our customers and partners. With on-line access, our supply partners are able to access the e.Quality program via the web and record critical tolerances as the orders are produced. This real time data is used to drive continuous improvement. Once the orders are complete and ready for shipment, MJB pre-certifies the load with a Certificate of Quality Conformance which accompanies the shipping documents. The value this brings to our customers is that material can move straight to the production floor without inspection, saving both time and money.
Regardless of the product, supplier or location, MJB can ensure consistent quality for your critical products everyday and help you trim costs in the supply chain.
First we start with a comprehensive discussion with you, our customer, about your quality assurance process and inspection guidelines. We then train with your quality personnel to learn the specifics about each item and the critical tolerances. Quality inspection guidelines are then created and product samples are gathered. MJB then begins the training process with all of our manufacturing partners to ensure that everyone in our supply chain is adhering to your quality specifications. Once our partners understand your quality inspection guidelines, we then train them on our new e.Quality program and work with them on understanding the statistical process control program.

Vendor On Site – The Vendor On Site program takes
inventory management one step further. MJB can place inventory at
the customer’s facility and deliver products to the customer
on demand. The best part of this program is that MJB does not bill
the customer until the material is used.

or multiple locations and minimize your transportation costs and
lead times for stock replenishment.
Manufacturing Facilities – We have manufacturing facilities
strategically located throughout the US that produce laminated panel
products, millwork, cut-to-size components and machined parts. Through
these facilities, MJB has the flexibility to reduce lead times,
coordinate schedules to expedite material and supply our customers
