Moulding & Millwork
MJB supplies a complete line of moulding and millwork used in a variety of applications. Our manufacturing facilities produce a wide range of traditional and architectural profiles in MDF or pine with surfaces left raw, primed or treated. Our MDF mouldings are available, on request, with a mildew treatment to prevent mold in areas where moisture is prominent. We also offer imported moulding and millwork products of solid and finger-jointed pine as well as primed LVL.
Moulding Match System
When creating custom profiles, matching the shape of existing moulding can be a challenging process. If the new profile doesn’t match exactly, the results can be costly and result in the delay of your project. To solve this problem, MJB offers a specialized service that ensures all mouldings match perfectly to the original profile provided. Utilizing an advanced AutoCAD system, a template is created with the exact dimensions of the cut of the original profile. The template is kept on file and used to ensure the results of each subsequent order are an exact replica of the original pattern.
Packaging and Inventory Control
MJB’s Moulding and Millwork products are packaged with special care and will arrive at your warehouse or job site on time and in exceptional condition. Customers appreciate our flexibility, quick turnaround and willingness to create mixed shipments whenever the need arises.
